A picture of pottery tools and equipment

Over time, I have spent numerous hours researching and testing the best pottery wheels and many other pottery making products out there.
Every one of them has been thoroughly clay tested, and I can recommend them without any hesitation.

Keep in mind; these items are not necessarily the highest-end items.  My goal on this page is to recommend pottery making tools and equipment
that are priced well while still maintaining a quality of high standards.
These are tools and equipment that I have used or am using at the present time.

So, you’ve decided you want to start making pottery; now you need the pottery making tools and equipment to get started.
For this, you will need some knowledge of what to look for.
It’s very important to invest in the proper Pottery Wheel, Pottery Tools, Glaze Brushes, etc.…

Being Safe and having the proper tools and equipment for any hobby is important, and pottery is no different.

Cutting corners by buying a second-hand pottery wheel or using tired old hand-me-down slab roller may result in far more grief and
extra maintenance than a couple of hundred more dollars you would spend on buying the new and better quality product.

So, think wisely when making your next purchase and enjoy your journey to creating something beautiful.
